Delhi Township golf course to end up $20 million subdivision
CINCINNATI — A Blue Ash developer is planning a 31-home subdivision at a former golf direction online in Delhi Township. Robert C. Rhein Interests Inc. Paid $1.2 million for the 15-acre Delhi Hills Par 3 Golf Course. The sale closed on March three, according to Hamilton County belongings data.
